The successful candidate will: - Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs - Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables - Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups - Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program - Assist with various other marketing-related tasks ## Qualifications **RequiredTechnical Skills** - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (professional InDesign work experience **required**) - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) - 5 or more years' experience performing similar services with A/E/C (architecture, engineering, or construction) firms (able to hit the ground running with minimal training). **Required Skills** - Strong work ethic - Teamwork perspective and desire to support marketing initiatives - Ability to collaborate with internal teams and departments - Positive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solve - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to use experience and judgment to accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines - Comfortable working under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks - Strong grammar and creative writing skills - Ability to work independently when needed ## Additional Information Salary range: $35-45/hour, depending on qualifications **This position is not appropriate for a recent graduate or someone without A/E/C proposal preparation experience.** Your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
