Hudson Rouge is looking for a Senior Project Manager Position Summary The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution, strategic planning, and operational oversight for the Lincoln Access Rewards (LAR) program. This role is responsible for driving the lifecycle of LAR’s tri-annual luxury Rewards Collections, managing high-level client and vendor relationships, and overseeing cross-functional delivery across strategy, creative, legal, development, and inventory teams. What you’ll do: Strategic Program Planning & Roadmap Management Annual Scoping & Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership and strategy teams to establish yearly project roadmaps, scope requirements, and align collection strategies with broader brand loyalty goals. Luxury Rewards Collection Execution: Direct the end-to-end operational lifecycle for three (3) seasonal Rewards Collections per year, effectively managing overlapping production timelines across health & wellness, culinary, travel, and merchandise categories. Briefing & Discovery: Collaborate directly with client partners to author, refine, and finalize "Day Zero" project briefs to set creative and operational parameters. Curation & Ideation Leadership: Partner with internal strategy teams and external vendors to lead reward ideation, providing data-driven recommendations on reward selection, tiering, and price-point balancing. Stakeholder & Meeting Facilitation: Drive alignment across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders by leading recurring status calls, managing project governance, and distributing actionable executive summaries.
