# **The Opportunity** Ready to run the projects behind Adobe's best hires? Adobe's Global Talent Acquisition team is improving how we plan, run, and deliver the work that makes our hiring better — and we're looking for a skilled project manager to see it through.As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead GTA projects from planning through launch, then move to the next once each one wraps guiding major progress on projects across our GTA Transformation. # **What you'll Do** - Lead projects end to end — define the plan, set milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver on time and on budget. - Run the day-to-day: track progress, flag risks early, remove blockers, and keep work moving. - Coordinate partners across GTA, HR, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and the business, and resolve misalignment quickly. - Improve the process along the way, working with internal teams and outside vendors to put changes in place. - Report progress, risks, and decisions at the right level for leaders, then move to the next project as each one completes. # **What you need to succeed** - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar; advanced degree preferred - 8+ years of global/enterprise project or program management experience; experience with enterprise major transformation a plus - A strong record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time, with little oversight. - Skill in planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. - A data-informed approach, and the ability to make progress clear to any audience, including executives. - Comfort with ambiguity and a steady hand when priorities shift. - **Preferred qualifications:** experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or HR programs; familiarity with structured interviewing or interview-intelligence tools such as BrightHire; experience in change management and/or design thinking. **About Adobe** Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
