With you at the helm, projects are not only completed-they are executed with precision, professionalism, and pride. **Responsibilities:** - Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction - Manage teams, daily operations, and project schedules - Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and job profitability - Coordinate subcontractors, bids, and permitting - Handle contracts, change orders, and policy compliance - Support crisis management and on-call responses - Ability to respond after hours and on weekends **Experience & Education:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry or equivalent industry experience - Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation - Safety courses as required for the position - Bachelor's degree or related experience - Valid driver's license required \*Employees assigned to certain healthcare-related roles may be required to participate in additional drug and alcohol screening program(s) in accordance with client requirements, such as but not limited to Coalition for Construction Safety ("CCS") regulations in the state of Indiana.
