DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Senior Project Manager based in Charlotte, NC to manage construction projects, subcontractors, and project outcomes. Responsibilities: Ensure construction project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities Manage full lifecycle of external subcontractor partners: sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and retention Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed Responsible for financial success of projects Additional company projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, possess a good understanding/use of Excel and highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record What We Offer Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage — available your first full month Generous paid time off plus paid holidays and floating holidays Company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability 401(k) with employer match Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Voluntary benefits including supplemental life and critical illness coverage Employee discounts for you and your immediate family Competitive compensation with annual performance reviews Successful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.
