| Summary - Job Responsibilities – Activities:The Senior Manager, Projects is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of industrial and utility-scale electrical power system programs and complex projects across the organization. This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with customer and business goals. The Director will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project excellence, foster continuous improvement, and support long-term organizational success. Functions: Provide leadership and direction for a portfolio of industrial and utility-scale electrical power systems projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company strategy. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders, managing expectations, reporting progress, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams to evaluate customer requirements, develop project specifications, and align resources to meet delivery milestones. Lead the development of integrated project schedules, task assignments, resource plans, risk assessments, and contingency strategies. Oversee budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting for all assigned projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to approved budgets. Drive standardization and continuous improvement across project management practices, tools, and documentation. Lead cross-functional program reviews and regularly report status updates to executive leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders. Identify and escalate project risks, issues, or delays and lead resolution strategies. Coach and mentor project managers and team members, promoting a high-performance, accountable culture. Influence company direction by contributing to strategic planning, operational reviews, and customer engagement initiatives.
