The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee the full lifecycle of audiovisual and collaboration technology projects, from design and procurement through installation and commissioning. Working closely with IT teams, facilities partners, engineers, and external vendors, this position ensures seamless delivery of innovative workplace solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented project professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex deployment challenges. ### Accountabilities: The Senior Project Coordinator will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of audiovisual and collaboration technology deployments while ensuring projects remain aligned with technical requirements, timelines, budgets, and client expectations. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout project planning, execution, deployment, and post-project reviews. - Lead projects through the full deployment lifecycle, including design, procurement, scheduling, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. - Support the delivery of collaborative technology solutions such as video conferencing systems, event spaces, digital signage, broadcast studios, and specialized technology environments. - Maintain project schedules, provide regular status updates, communicate risks, and proactively address issues using project management tools. - Collaborate with design engineers and stakeholders to define project requirements, develop bills of materials, and review technical drawings. - Manage vendor relationships, ensuring suppliers meet installation standards, timelines, contractual commitments, and quality expectations. - Conduct site visits throughout project lifecycles to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and support successful delivery. - Perform testing and commissioning activities with vendors before final project handover. - Assist with technical documentation, including drawing markups, design reviews, and construction-related documentation. - Support budget tracking, project reporting, and post-deployment assessments to improve future delivery processes. ## **Requirements:** The ideal candidate is an experienced project coordination professional with a strong understanding of audiovisual technology, enterprise deployments, and construction-related workflows. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects, communicating with diverse stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes in dynamic environments. - 2+ years of project coordination experience in a technical environment such as audiovisual, video conferencing, networking, infrastructure, IT construction, or related fields. - Experience managing technology deployments through design, scheduling, installation, and commissioning phases. - Strong understanding of AV system functionality, installation processes, and enterprise collaboration technologies. - Experience interpreting construction drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. - Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations while maintaining strong attention to detail. - Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills with the ability to coordinate internal teams, clients, and external vendors. - Experience using project management platforms such as Asana or similar tools. - Proficiency with…
