Operating as the financial lynchpin of the project, the Senior Project Accountant (“Sr PA”) partners closely with development and construction teams to manage and oversee the financial performance of each project and related entity. This role goes beyond traditional accounting, supporting projects from early stages through to completion—ensuring all aspects of project accounting are delivered in accordance with underlying agreements, including job costing, cost allocation, revenue recognition, and billings.
