This is a rare opportunity to build a brand-new, high-visibility program from the ground up — implementing energy efficiency programs across Mississippi. As Senior Program Manager, you will lead CLEAResult's implementation of residential energy efficiency programs in Mississippi. This role oversees all phases of program implementation — including program design and launch, cost management, performance tracking, customer and client satisfaction, subcontractor oversight, and strategic coordination. You'll serve as a key point of contact for state agency and/or utility partners, lead program review sessions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring this landmark program to life. Key responsibilities include program and team leadership, budget and P&L oversight, KPI achievement, contract and grant compliance, and close coordination with engineering, marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
