The Job: Senior Product & Strategy Manager, Fee-Based Products The Senior Product & Strategy Manager, Fee-Based Products will own the strategy, performance, and evolution of Money Mart's fee-based product portfolio, including cheque cashing, money transfers, and foreign exchange This role is ideal for a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a background in management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, or product management. The role has two primary mandates. First, the successful candidate will maximize the performance of the existing portfolio by identifying opportunities to increase customer acquisition, improve conversion, optimize pricing, enhance the customer experience, and grow profitability. Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Retail, Operations, and Technology teams, this individual will implement product enhancements, improve customer journeys, evaluate strategic partnerships, and identify new channels to drive sustainable growth. Second, this individual will help define the future of Money Mart's fee-based products in partnership with the Innovation team. As customer expectations evolve toward digital-first experiences and traditional cheque usage continues to decline, they will analyze customer behaviour, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify future growth opportunities, develop business cases and product roadmaps, and lead the modernization of the portfolio through innovative omnichannel experiences. The successful candidate is equally comfortable diving into detailed performance data to optimize today's business as they are developing long-term strategies that position Money Mart for future growth.
