In parallel, this position will contribute to the **deployment and operationalization of XNRGY’s Product Program Management model**, helping to establish governance, discipline, and execution standards across the organization. **Position Overview** The Senior Product Program Manager is accountable for the **end-to-end execution of assigned programs from feasibility validation through shipment readiness**, ensuring delivery on time, on quality, and within cost expectations. The role acts as the **central driver of execution**, translating customer commitments into executable plans and ensuring aligned delivery across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service functions. Operating at the intersection of these teams, the Product PM drives coordination, enforces accountability, and ensures that all deliverables meet the required level of completeness and quality at each stage of the lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with **Application Engineering, Sales, Finance, Sourcing, Planning, Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing, Product Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical), Supplier Quality (SQA), QHSE, and Site Leadership**, as well as the extended manufacturing organization including **Logistics, Fabrication (FAB), Assembly, Quality Control, HSE, and Manufacturing Engineering**, ensuring seamless integration from design through production execution and final handover.
