ABOUT THE TEAM The Bestow Product organization is responsible for defining, designing, and delivering exceptional digital experiences that solve real problems. We collaborate across Engineering, Revenue and Ops teams to transform ideas into intuitive, valuable solutions that delight our users. Within the Product team, we have three functions – Product Management, Design, and Product Operations–all reporting into our CTO. The first two are the powerhouse team that plan and design our software solutions. Our Product Ops team is the force multiplier–enabling Product Managers and Designers to make the best decisions and do their best work. This is a high-visibility/high-impact role. So we're looking for a highly motivated, technologically savvy, and AI-minded Senior Product Operations Manager to join our team and help take our Product organization to the next level! This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Product Operations & Strategy, and is open to hybrid in our Dallas office or Remote (US). #LIREMOTE WHAT YOU’LL DO Two primary responsibilities. First, lead ongoing improvements to the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) — the processes, rituals, and tooling Product Managers rely on every day — in direct support of Product Management leadership and its goal of maximizing team output and product quality. [High Impact] Second, own the product roadmap: the tooling systems, infrastructure, and governance that keep our roadmap complete, accurate, and visible to every stakeholder who depends on it. [High Visibility] To achieve both, we need someone with deep experience architecting and engineering the roadmap infrastructure in Jira and associated AI context layers– producing always accurate roadmaps via beautiful, interactive AI dashboards to showcase and promote our roadmap. So this is way more than simply an administrator function. A strong candidate possesses the knowledge and experience to architect JPD/Jira AND AI infrastructure (e.g., integrations, context layers, skills, etc.). - Important: You will NOT be inheriting a playbook — you'll be writing one! This is a rare opportunity to shape what world-class product roadmap management looks like at an AI-native company, so we’re looking for someone with preexisting AI expertise and eagerness to contribute! Your responsibilities will include: 1. Owning, designing & improving PM Workflows within the Product Lifecycle process 1. Partner directly with Product Management leadership to identify bottlenecks and friction in the PDLC and design solutions that improve PM velocity, quality, and consistency. 2.
