If you want to make an impact and grow with a team that inspires millions, you’ll fit right in. The role: Truecaller's ads business reaches over 400 million users and is one of the largest in-app advertising platforms in its markets. This role owns the supply side of that business: the inventory, placements, ad formats, and user-facing ad experience where every ad opportunity begins and ends. From the moment an ad opportunity is created on a surface to the moment an ad is rendered, viewed, and clicked, this is your domain. Supply is where revenue meets user experience. You will work with our core product teams to unlock new inventory and evolve existing surfaces, own the quality of every ad interaction, and build the signal foundation that makes our inventory more valuable to every demand source. It is a broad, high-ownership role for a PM who understands that great ad experiences and great monetization are built together, not traded against each other. What you’ll do: Own the supply roadmap : inventory strategy, placements, and ad formats across our surfaces and markets, including how the portfolio differs between India and international markets. Unlock new inventory : partner with core product teams to identify and build new ad placements and rethink existing surfaces without degrading the product experience. Own ad experience quality : rendering, viewability, latency of display, and click quality, including systematically reducing unintended clicks while growing genuine engagement. Build the signal foundation : define which user and contextual signals we capture, how users are understood, cohorted, and priced, and how those signals are represented to demand sources to increase inventory value. Own measurement and compliance readiness : drive certifications such as Open Measurement SDK integration, and ensure our ad surfaces stay ahead of privacy and regulatory requirements in every market we operate in. Serve the demand side : act as the supply counterpart to our programmatic and direct demand teams, turning their signal and inventory needs into shipped capabilities. What you bring in: Experience : 4+ years in product management, with meaningful time building ad products or monetization surfaces at a consumer platform or publisher with a large advertising business. Ad experience craft (must-have) : deep understanding of ad formats, placements, and rendering, and a track record of improving monetization outcomes (CTR, viewability, fill) while protecting user experience and click quality. Publisher-side fluency : understanding of how inventory is packaged, priced, and represented to demand sources, and experience working with multiple demand channels (direct, programmatic, or mediated). Signals and user understanding : experience working with user signals, segmentation, and cohorting, and translating user understanding into inventory value. Familiarity with how context and signals travel in ad requests is a strong plus. Programmatic exposure (plus) : working knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, bid requests, and supply-side representation. Not a requirement, but it accelerates you here. Compliance and measurement awareness : familiarity with privacy regulation as it affects ads (consent, data protection), and with m…
