ABOUT THE TEAM The Corporate Systems team is responsible for building and optimizing the many systems and internal technologies that enable Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us. We call this system-of-systems “CorpOS”. Within CorpOS lies a suite of digital software solutions aimed at solving the problems for our growth, finance, people teams that interplays heavily with our ArsenalOS solutions that enable Anduril’s engineering, production and sustainment departments. ABOUT THE ROLE Join us as a Salesforce Product Manager and help scale our Gov Cloud platform to empower teams across Anduril. You'll partner with Growth Operations, Business Development, Mission & Deployment Operations, Legal, Finance, and other critical functions that rely on Salesforce daily. WHAT YOU'LL DO Product Strategy & Roadmap Own the Roadmap: Define, manage, and execute a 12–18 month feature roadmap for the Gov Cloud CRM platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Prioritization & Negotiation: Skillfully manage competing stakeholder requests, prioritizing high-value initiatives that drive measurable outcomes and KPIs. Platform Innovation: Partner with Technical Architects and Developers to evaluate new Salesforce features, plan platform upgrades, and design scalable, compliant solutions. Agile Execution & Delivery Backlog & Sprint Management: Write clear, concise user stories with precise acceptance criteria. Manage backlog refinement and facilitate standard sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews). Hands-on Execution: Actively support the team by performing hands-on business analysis, light project management, and quality assurance (QA) testing. Release Management: Coordinate release schedules, create clear release notes and user documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, downstream system owners, and leadership to define requirements and manage expectations. User Adoption & Support: Drive user adoption and platform engagement through targeted training, community building, and ongoing feedback loops.
