We have more customer stories than we can tell! As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of core product areas that power millions of AI-driven conversations. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to define the roadmap, drive execution, and ensure we’re shipping products that are fast, reliable, intuitive and worthy of becoming the industry standard. This role is highly technical with a wide scope and a direct impact on our customers. You’ll work across real-time audio, telephony workflows, agent behavior, and developer tools all to build products that enable thousands of businesses to deliver faster, more reliable, and more human customer experiences every day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own customer outcomes for core product areas such as voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and AI-driven automation. Define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics based on real customer pain, adoption, and business impact. - Develop deep customer understanding by spending time with users, reviewing call transcripts, joining onboarding and support sessions, and directly engaging with customers to uncover unmet needs and failure points. - Author clear, outcome-driven PRDs that define the customer problem, requirements, end-to-end user journey, and proposed solution concepts. Use these documents to align engineering, design, and stakeholders with scope, tradeoffs, and success criteria before execution. - Incorporate competitive and market insights into product strategy and prioritization, ensuring clear differentiation and informed tradeoffs. - Partner closely with engineering to design scalable solutions, while continuously evaluating tradeoffs through the lens of customer value, time to impact, and long-term platform health. - Work cross-functionally with Sales, CX, and Customer Success to understand buying signals, objections, ro…
