Role Overview We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the CDNA Exchange platform end-to-end — the technology that powers our flagship "OG" product and a growing roster of global B2B and B2C brands. This is not a support role on someone else's roadmap. The exchange is the backbone of the entire Predictions business: every improvement in matching, settlement, and reliability shows up directly in trading volume, partner revenue, and how many brands we can put on our rails. Your mandate is to make the Predictions Exchange the default operating system for prediction markets: prioritizing the engineering backlog, owning delivery from concept to post-launch, and aligning technical execution with the commercial goals of both our B2C users and B2B partners. You will run your roadmap with independence. You report to the VP of Product, who sets overall strategy and prioritization across Predictions. You own the how and the when — what ships, in what order, and when it's ready. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. If you've shipped product against a mature, stable platform, this will feel different. You'll be doing it at the frontier of prediction markets, where the technology is complex, the traffic is real-money and real-time, and the playbook is yours to write.
