Senior Product Manager - Partnerships [Product] Ebury Sao Paulo Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week Reporting to: Global Staff Product Manager, Indirect/Partnerships (individual contributor role) We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help scale Ebury's fastest-growing channel: Partnerships. Today, this business is commercially strong but under-productised — relying on manual processes, fragmented tooling, and bespoke setups. This role will define and build the next-level product layer that makes indirect scalable: for partners, for their clients, and for the internal teams supporting them. You'll sit at the intersection of product, operations, and commercial, working closely with: Internal Partnership Managers & Middle Office teams Legal, Compliance, and Risk Clients and partners directly Technology, product, and design teams across the global business What you’ll do You will own the end-to-end product experience for the indirect channel in Brazil, backed by a dedicated squad of 4 developers, including: Partner Platform Experience Tools for partners to onboard, manage, and grow their client base Visibility into performance, activity, and client behaviour Reducing reliance on manual support Partner Client Experience (White-label / referred clients) Ensuring the experience for partners' clients is seamless, credible, and scalable across partner types Balancing configurability vs. consistency Partner Onboarding & Setup How new partners go live with Ebury Moving from bespoke setups to repeatable, scalable onboarding journeys Internal Tooling (Middle Office Enablement) Tools for internal teams supporting partners Reducing operational overhead and manual workflows Increasing throughput without increasing headcount What success looks like (12-18 months) Partner onboarding is repeatable and significantly faster Partners can self-serve more of their needs Internal teams handle more volume with less manual effort The indirect channel scales without a proportional increase in ops cost Product — not people — becomes the primary driver of partner experience What makes this role hard You're solving a multi-sided product problem (partners, clients, internal users) The business already works — but doesn't scale cleanly You'll navigate real-world complexity: different partner models (IB vs. white-label), regional/regulatory nuances, and ambiguity in ownership between product, ops, and commercial Many problems won't look like "classic product problems" Who we're looking for Prior white-label experience is a plus, not a requirement. We're looking for someone who can operate in complex, messy, high-impact environments — with strong agency, curiosity, and commercial instinct. Must-have: 4+ years of product management experience Fluent English (daily collaboration with global partnerships, tech, and Legal/Compliance/Risk stakeholders) Nice-to-have Familiarity with foreign exchange or payments Experience in fintech or regulated financial products Experience with partnership or channel strategy Core capabilities Strong Product Fundamentals — breaks down ambiguous problems into clear product opportunities; comfortable working across UX, systems, and operations; focused on outcomes, not just delivery. Multi-Sided Thinking — designs for multiple user groups with competing needs; understands trade-offs between control vs. simplicity and flexibility vs. scalability. Commercial Awareness — understands how product decisions impact revenue and partn…
