It’s proven, scaled, and business-critical. Now we’re focused on what comes next: improving how facilities engage, how professionals find the right opportunities, how matching works, and how we drive deeper retention and expansion. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants real ownership of those problems. This is not a “take tickets and ship features” PM role. You’ll work across complex marketplace dynamics - supply and demand, matching, trust, conversion, and retention - and be expected to challenge assumptions, define the right problems, and make thoughtful tradeoffs that drive measurable outcomes. What You'll Own - Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the Flex marketplace - Own major product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, including high-quality PRDs, clear success criteria, and cross-functional alignment - Use product data, marketplace signals, customer insights, and user research to identify the highest-value problems to solve - Make strategic tradeoffs across conversion, retention, supply and demand, matching quality, operational efficiency, and user experience - Partner deeply with Engineering and Design while driving alignment across Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Clinical, Finance, and leadership - Measure what ships, learn from outcomes, and feed those insights back into product strategy - Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities before they become obvious - and bring a point of view on what we should do next - Apply AI and LLMs pragmatically as a force multiplier - both to simplify user workflows and to supercharge your own team's operational velocity Who You Are: You want ownership, not hand-holding. You’re comfortable turning complex systems, messy user behavior, and business-critical tradeoffs into intuitive, elegant user experiences. You can zoom out to understand marketplace dynamics and zoom in to define the workflow, metric, requirement, or edge case that determines whether something succeeds. You’re analytical, highly accountable, and willing to challenge the direction when the evidence points somewhere better. You don’t just move work forward - you make the work sharper.
