This role exists because CISOs and audit leaders need more than software — they need intelligent solutions that make cyber programs exam-ready, surface risk automatically, and turn compliance into institutional confidence. We need a product leader who deeply understands that world and can translate it into exceptional product experiences. As we evolve our GRC portfolio onto a shared AI-native platform, you'll lead the cybersecurity and audit cluster, defining what we build, shaping the cyber and audit product vision, and driving adoption that creates measurable outcomes for CISOs, ISOs, and audit managers. You'll own Ncyber and Nverify, with responsibility for the next-generation capabilities outlined in our Ncyber Futures roadmap, and you'll build the cross-product connections that make cyber risk and audit findings flow into the broader enterprise risk picture. This is a hands-on IC role focused on core product management craft (70%) with meaningful go-to-market partnership (30%). You'll work closely with the VP of Product Management GRC, partnering with Engineering to ship high-quality products while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive customer adoption and business results. ## **What You'll Own** **Core Responsibilities** **Product Discovery & Definition (70%)** - Lead customer discovery through interviews and data analysis to deeply understand compliance and risk management workflows, pain points, and unmet needs - Own product roadmap and backlog for your product area, making prioritization decisions that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact - Write comprehensive scoping and positioning documents, PRDs and product specifications that give Engineering clear context on the problem, success criteria, and requirements - Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and mockups/wireframes in collaboration with UX - Partner closely with Engineering throughout development - clarifying requirements, making trade-off decisions, reviewing implementations, and ensuring quality - Drive product decisions for AI-powered capabilities within your domain, determining how we leverage intelligence to improve customer outcomes - Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy - Define success metrics for features and track adoption, usage, and customer outcomes post-launch **Go-to-Market Partnership & Enablement (30%)** - Collaborate with Director of Product Operations on launch planning and cross-functional coordination - Play a key role in GTM activities: craft positioning and messaging, create sales enablement materials, assist in the development of customer comm…
