About The Opportunity Core product role within the Advanced Trading PM team. Own advanced trading product lines and trading features for our onshore compliant markets( EEA ,US,SG,UAE and etc) — from strategy and PRD to launch and iteration — while keeping our product mechanics competitive with leading CEXs. What You'll Be Doing Product Ownership: Own the roadmap and delivery for assigned advanced trading product areas: account/margin model, order lifecycle, position management, market data surfaces, and trading UI on Web and App. Write clear PRDs and user stories; drive designs through review, UAT , launch, and post-launch iteration. Define success metrics and run continuous improvement loops on trading experience, liquidity quality, and risk outcomes. Competitive & Market Insight: Continuously benchmark against leading CEXs (Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, Bitget, etc.) — deconstruct product mechanisms, fee/liquidity models, UX , and new launches. Track TradFi derivatives and onshore compliant-market developments; surface actionable opportunities. Trading Experience: Improve speed-to-trade, order tickets, Kline/charting, and active-trader retention features on Web and App. Partner with design and engineering to ship polished, high-performance trading surfaces. Liquidity, Execution & Risk: Contribute to liquidity parameters, fee tier design, and execution-quality tracking (spread, depth, slippage, fill-rate) under senior guidance. Support risk framework work: price limits, funding rate, index/mark price logic, leverage & position tiers — translating requirements into product specs. Compliant-Market Delivery: Work with compliance, legal, and local entity leads to deliver product changes for licensed jurisdictions (SG, EU/ MiCA , HK, US, BR, AU, UAE). Translate regulatory requirements into product specs without over-degrading UX. Cross-Functional Execution: Partner day-to-day with engineering, quant/risk, design, ops , BD, and institutional client teams. Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to the team lead and stakeholders. What We Look For In You 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years on crypto trading products (derivatives strongly preferred). Solid working knowledge of CEX product mechanisms: perpetuals/futures/options, margin models, funding rates, index/mark price, liquidation, order types, market microstructure Hands-on experience shipping trading features on Web and/or App at a top-tier CEX or comparable trading platform. Basic understanding of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks (maker/ taker fees, position tiers, leverage curves). Strong written PRDs, structured thinking, and cross-functional execution. Fluent English; Mandarin a plus. Nice to Haves Direct competitor experience at a leading CEX. Familiarity with at least one onshore compliant market (EEA, US, SG, AU, UAE, TR, BR). Prior experience at a traditional brokerage / TradFi exchange (e.g., IBKR, Futu, Tiger, Robinhood, CME, HKEX, SGX) — especially derivatives, margin, or trading UX. Familiarity with smart contracts, token economics, or tokenized RWAs.
