About The Role Join one of the leading global technology companies as a Senior Product Manager, based in our brand-new Auckland CBD office. Reporting directly to the Snr Director of Product, as a Senior Product Manager (Snr PM1) at Pushpay, you will own outcomes within a defined product charter across Donor Management, Church Management (ChMS), Integrations, Apps, or Partnerships. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams, increasingly supported by AI-assisted tools and Pushpay's AI product development process, to deliver roadmap outcomes, shape product packaging, and ensure we bring meaningful value to customers. You'll run your workstreams through Pushpay's core delivery systems, such as Jira for backlog and sprint management and Confluence for specs and decisions, and collaborate flexibly across time zones with global product, engineering, and partner teams. This role is hands-on, with strong ownership of features and delivery, while building the skills for broader strategic influence. Supervisory responsibilities : No direct reports What You’ll Do Define and execute product roadmap for your charter, balancing customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility. Drive discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and validate solutions. Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver features and enhancements, ensuring quality and timely release. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support product launches, GTM enablement, and adoption. Support packaging and pricing decisions for features, ensuring alignment with product tiers (Basic, Advanced, Complete). Build working knowledge of API endpoints, integrations, and payments processing, contributing to the growth of our marketplace and ecosystem. Develop understanding of vault and tokenisation processes and settlements to support payments-focused initiatives. Leverage data and AI tools to analyse usage patterns, identify opportunities, and support decision-making. Evaluate and champion AI-driven product features that enhance donor insights, admin automation, and customer value, building AI fluency over time and advocating for the adoption of AI productivity tools within the team. Champion customer experience, ensuring that Pushpay products remain simple, powerful, and trusted. Mentor and coach other Product Managers to support their professional growth and career development. Skills & Experience 5+ years product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or adjacent industries. Proven success delivering features or products end-to-end within cross-functional teams. Strong ability to translate customer needs into product requirements. Experience with APIs, integrations, or partnership-driven product models. Exposure to payments, tokenisation, or fintech ecosystems is preferred. Practical, hands-on experience with AI and machine learning applications in product development and internal workflows, including the judgement to evaluate AI-driven features and their limitations. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and proficiency managing workstreams in Jira or an equivalent issue-tracking system. Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong collaboration skills. Flexibility to work occasional non-standard hours to support meetings and collaboration with global, cross-timezone teams. Tools & Systems Workstream & Delivery Management: Jira (or equivalent issue-tracking system) for backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmapping; Confluence (or equivalent) for specs, decisions, and documentation.
