By joining our brilliant (at least we think so) team, you will help pave the way in the AI Observability space. 👩🏽‍🚀 THE MISSION: Join our small, high-impact design team as the second designer at the company, working directly alongside our Lead Product Designer and embedded across product and engineering to help shape the future of our platform. A hands-on individual contributor role owning design end-to-end across key product areas, from early exploration through production-ready specs. 🚀 WHAT YOU’LL DO: The ideal candidate is comfortable in the complexity of data-dense enterprise software, moves fluently between systems thinking and pixel-level detail, and knows how to drive alignment across a fast-moving cross-functional team. You operate with high agency; you go looking for what's broken or unclear and drive it to a solution, rather than waiting to be handed a task.
