ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION Connect IVI OS 및 Connect Mobile의 Senior Product Designer는 차량 내 사용자 경험(UX)과 모바일 연동 제품의 디자인 전략을 리드하며, 사용자 중심의 경험을 설계하고 고도화하는 역할을 수행합니다. Product Vision을 바탕으로 사용자 요구사항과 비즈니스 목표를 연결하고, IA, User Flow, Prototype, Visual Design 전반을 주도합니다. 또한 Product Manager, Engineer, Researcher 등 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하여 일관되고 직관적인 사용자 경험을 제공하고, 디자인 프로세스와 시스템을 지속적으로 개선합니다. As a Senior Product Designer for Connect IVI OS and Connect Mobile, you will lead the design strategy for in-vehicle user experiences and connected mobile products. You will translate product vision and user needs into intuitive and scalable experiences, driving end-to-end design across information architecture, user flows, prototyping, and visual design. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers, you will help deliver cohesive user experiences while continuously improving design systems and design processes. RESPONSIBILITIES - Connect IVI OS 사용자 경험 전략 수립 및 핵심 서비스 경험 설계 - 제품 목표와 사용자 가치를 연결하는 디자인 방향성 제안 및 의사결정 주도 - Product Manager, Engineer, Researcher 등 다양한 직군과 협업하여 사용자 경험 정의 및 구현 - 제품 로드맵, 우선순위, 구현 범위 논의에 디자인 관점 반영 - Design System 및 UX 가이드라인 고도화를 통한 제품 경험 일관성 확보 - 담당 도메인 디자인 리더십, 디자인 리뷰 및 주니어 디자이너 멘토링 - Define the user experience strategy and design core service experiences for Connect IVI OS - Lead design direction by connecting product goals with user value - Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other cross-functional partners to define and deliver user experiences - Represent the design perspective in discussions around product roadmap, priorities, and implementation scope - Improve design systems and UX guidelines to ensure consistency across the product experience - Provide design leadership within assigned domains, including design reviews and mentoring junior designers QUALIFICATIONS - 8년 이상의 Mobile/Web 또는 디지털 프로덕트 디자인 실무 경험 - 제품 문제를 구조화하고 사용자 요구사항을 UX 방향으로 구체화할 수 있는 역량 - 데이터 드리븐한 문제 정의, 지표 분석, A/B 테스트를 통한 제품 개선 경험 - 정보구조, 사용자 플로우, 인터랙션, UI 디자인까지 End-to-end로 제품 경험을 설계한 경험 - 비즈니스 목표, 기술적 제약, 사용자 경험을 함께 고려해 디자인 의사결정을 할 수 있는 역량 - PM, Engineer 등과 제품 우선순위, 구현 방식, 품질 기준을 조율해본 경험 - 8+ years of hands-on experience in mobile, web, or digital product design - Ability to structure complex product problems and translate user needs into clear UX directions - Experience designing end-to-end product experiences, from information architecture and user flows to interaction and UI design - Experience improving products through data-driven problem definition, metric analysis, and A/B testing - Ability to make design decisions by balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user experience - Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to align on priorities, implementation details, and quality standards PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 사용자 인터뷰, 사용성 테스트 등 UX 리서치를 직접 기획하고 인사이트를 도출한 경험 - IVI, OS, 모빌리티, 스마트 디바이스 등 새로운 사용 환경에 대한 이해 또는 디자인 경험 - Figma Variables, Token 등을 활용한 Design System 구축 및 운영 경험 - Protopie, Framer 등으로 복잡한 인터랙션 또는 Hi-Fi 프로토타입을 제작한 경험 - 영어 기반 디자인 리뷰, 글로벌 이해관계자와의 커뮤니케이션 역량 - Experience planning and conducting user interviews, usability tests, or other UX research activities to uncover actionable insights - Understanding of or experience designing for IVI, operating systems, mobility, smart devices, or emerging user environments - Experience building and maintaining design systems using Figma Variables, design tokens, or similar approaches - Experience creating advanced interactions or high-fidelity prototypes with tools such as Protopie or Framer - English communication skills, design reviews, and collaboration with global stakeholders INTERVIEW PROCESS 1. 서류 전형 (포트폴리오 필수) 2. 과제 테스트 3. 1차 면접 (화상, 1시간 내외) 4. 2차 면접 (대면 혹은 화상, 3시간 내외) 5. 처우 협의·입사 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - 전형 절차는 일정 및 진행 상황에 따라 일부 변경될 수 있으며, 각 전형 결과는 등록하신 이메일로 개별 안내드립니다. - 지원서 제출 시 주민등록번호, 가족관계, 혼인 여부, 연봉, 사진, 신체조건, 출신 지역 등 채용절차법상 요구 금지된 정보는 제외 부탁드립니다. - 지원서 접수 중 오류가 발생하거나 기타 문의 사항이 있을 경우, recruit@42dot.ai로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다. - 국가보훈대상자 및 취업보호…
