Here’s the full version together: What You’ll Do Own design end-to-end, from discovery and research through flows, high-fidelity visuals, prototyping, dev handoff, QA, launch, and iteration. You carry it. Run 2–3 design workstreams in parallel without dropping the craft bar. Speed is a value here, not a side-effect. Use AI tools throughout your design workflow - research synthesis, ideation, copy, prototyping, spec writing. You compress design cycles without losing craft, and you have strong opinions about where AI helps and where it fails. Build prototypes that test ideas faster than any spec doc could. Contribute to and extend our design system. Use it, evolve it, document new patterns — leave it better than you found it. Partner closely with PMs on problem framing and trade-offs, and with engineering on feasibility and pixel-level handoff. Hold the UX quality bar across every screen that ships. The small details are not someone else's job. Maintain excellent async documentation and team-first process discipline - we're a remote-first team and shared processes are our common language. Who We're Looking For: 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and fast-moving startup environments. A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product craft, attention to detail, and thoughtful interaction design. Proven experience owning design initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and research through execution, QA, launch, and iteration. Strong product thinking, with the ability to connect design decisions to user needs, business goals, and product outcomes. Comfortable using user research, product data, dashboards, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. Fast and pragmatic, able to work across multiple parallel initiatives while focusing effort on the details that matter most. AI-native, with AI tools integrated into your day-to-day design workflow. Comfortable working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive decisions and execution. Self-driven, collaborative, open to feedback, and a clear, structured communicator with strong async documentation habits.
