THE ROLE: As a Senior Product Manager / Product Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on leader for our client engagements, translating complex business needs into high-impact digital product strategies. Product Strategy & Vision: Build and champion product strategies throughout client engagements; brief and inspire internal multidisciplinary teams to deliver on that vision. Research & Discovery: Retrieve and analyze feedback from end-users, client stakeholders, and research. Facilitate alignment workshops to shape requirements, features, and end products. Roadmapping & Governance: Take full ownership of creating product plans and roadmaps with buy-in from executive stakeholders. Organize releases and priorities aligned with business ROI. PRD & Documentation: Prepare and review detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD). Ensure requirements (business, UX, technical, non-functional, and operational) are meticulously documented, communicated, and kept up to date. Measurement & Optimization: Define measurement plans and KPIs for digital products. Analyze usage data to continuously recommend product iterations and expansion. Consultative Execution:** Act as a strategic partner—not an order-taker. Navigate constraints, resolve conflicting requirements, and drive measurable value for both client and customer.
