Senior Private PA & Lifestyle Manager to Founder

Languages: Fluent Bulgarian and English The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Private PA and Lifestyle Manager to become the trusted right hand to the Founder and Owner of a successful international business group. You will take ownership of a sophisticated private operation spanning international travel, multiple residences, premium services, vehicles, family logistics, healthcare, and personal administration. This is a high-trust, high-reward role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, making independent decisions, and working directly with a successful international principal. We are open to considering compensation expectations above the typical market range - Direct trust and influence: work closely with the principal and independently manage important personal matters - International and premium environment: private aviation, luxury travel, residences, vehicles, exclusive services, and trusted advisers - Real autonomy: authority to select providers, organize operations, resolve issues, and improve existing systems - Flexible contract: choose between employment and a B2B arrangement - Long-term importance: become a central and highly valued part of the principal’s private operation What You Will Own - International business and leisure travel, including private aviation, visas, VIP airport services, hotels, transfers, and reservations - Coordination of multiple residences, household services, maintenance, insurance, supplies, and vendors - Personal and family calendars, medical appointments, wellness, purchases, deliveries, and special requests - Vehicles, drivers, registrations, insurance, and servicing - Private events, family celebrations, restaurants, and premium experiences - Communication with lawyers, bankers, accountants, doctors, household staff, and other trusted partners - Routine payments, expenses, invoices, documents, and confidential records - Urgent changes and complex requests requiring fast, discreet solutions Who We Are Looking For - 4+ years of experience as a Private PA, Lifestyle Manager, Family Office Assistant, Estate Manager, Luxury Concierge, or senior Executive Assistant - Previous support of a UHNWI, founder, owner, celebrity, family office, or private household - Strong understanding of luxury travel and premium service standards - Fluent Bulgarian and English - Based in Bulgaria, preferably Sofia - Excellent local knowledge and a strong network of reliable providers - Exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and emotional intelligence - Ability to remain calm, act independently, and adapt quickly - Flexibility outside standard hours when urgent situations arise - Willingness to travel occasionally This role will suit someone who sees private service as a serious profession and is motivated by high earnings, exceptional trust, autonomy, and access to a unique international environment.
