Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business intelligence strategies that drive operational excellence. **Location:** Remote (United States) ## ## Key Responsibilities - Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions including data processing, automation, visualizations, training, and ongoing support - Conduct comprehensive data analysis across familiar and unfamiliar datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights - Translate data findings into actionable recommendations through effective stakeholder communication - Partner with Technology teams to design data integration from multiple systems into data warehouses and analytic models - Document process requirements, flow maps, and technical design using JLL standard tools - Ensure alignment between JLL system data and Client system data/reporting - Collaborate with data stewards to identify and remediate critical data quality issues - Maintain user permissions and access roles through the Technology Access Tool (TAT) - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and AI ## ## Required Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Management, or related analytical field - 3+ years of business intelligence or data analyst experience in enterprise environments across multiple systems and business functions - Expert proficiency in Excel - Demonstrated expertise with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) - Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL tools (Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or Informatica) - Proven ability to manage, manipulate, and analyze raw data to draw conclusions and develop recommendations - Experience developing predictive models - Strong facilitation skills for leading data gathering and design sessions - Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with ability to communicate persuasively across organizational levels - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects in fast-paced environments ## ## Preferred Skills & Experience - Master's degree or advanced degree in related analytical field - Experience with analytical toolkits (R, Python, or SAS) - Expert knowledge of Corrigo/IFM data - Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks - Databricks experience - SmartSheet experience - Knowledge of corporate functions (Operations, Finance, HR, PDS, Transaction Management, Occupancy Planning, IFM) ## ## Behavioral Competencies **Think Big** – Strategic thinking, problem-solving, seeing the big picture **Drive Change** – Learning agility, intellectual curiosity, digital aptitude **Collaboration** – Relationship building, helping others succeed **Execution** – Decisive action, results-driven, accountability, resilience **Business Focus** – Client-centered, business acumen, JLL-first mindset **Leadership** – Inspiring others, creating vision, energizing teams ## ## Additional Attributes - Team player with proven relationship-building capabilities - High level of professionalism and integrity - Hands-on, proactive approach to tasks and projects - Passion for educating others and communicating analytic insights - Fluent English requi…
