Provides feedback on defects encountered and provides re-training support as necessary. - Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements. - Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. **Shift** Monday - Thursday, 3:15pm - 1:45am, with potential overtime **Required Qualifications** - High School diploma or equivalent. - Five years or more of medical device or related assembly experience. - Four plus years of related experience in the assembly of digital and analog circuitry/devices, including the demonstrated ability to provide work/lead direction to a team. - Must be able to demonstrate comprehensive product assembly techniques, and related process knowledge. - Prior experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment is required. - Demonstrated ability to read and understand engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, notes, and layouts. **Learn More about Abbott Electrophysiology Overview:** https://youtu.be/DO8fNACW9nI **Learn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:** [www.abbottbenefits.com](http://www.abbottbenefits.com/pages/candidate.aspx) Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
