Liquid Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded private healthcare provider in the Leeds area for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join their hospital-based multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OT looking to advance their career in a supportive, clinically driven environment. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will, Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions for adults with complex mental health needs Conduct functional assessments and develop personalised treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, nurses, and support staff Support service users in achieving independence and recovery goals Supervise junior staff and contribute to service development and clinical leadership Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audit and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in mental health or hospital settings Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable Commitment to person-centred care and evidence-based practice Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and receive a bonus – contact me for details!
