If you're passionate about network architecture, operational excellence, and continuous innovation, we'd love to hear from you. **Job Overview** LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Network Engineer responsible for the design, engineering, implementation, and operational support of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and branch office networking environments within a hybrid data center and cloud infrastructure. This role is focused on delivering highly available, secure, and scalable network solutions that support LPL's business objectives, advisor experiences, and client needs. **Responsibilities** - Design, implement, maintain, and support network infrastructure across branch offices, data centers, and hybrid cloud environments. - Engineer and administer LAN and WAN technologies, including MPLS, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and SD-WAN solutions. - Troubleshoot complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements that enhance network stability, performance, and security. - Partner with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to deliver networking initiatives and support operational requirements. - Develop and implement network solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and industry best practices. - Perform network performance monitoring, capacity planning, compliance assessments, optimization, and reporting. - Support branch office deployments, infrastructure modernization efforts, and technology transformation initiatives. **What Are We Looking For?** We're looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
