This position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, solution architecture, and mentoring responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solutions. - Lead complex application development projects from design through deployment. - Define solution architecture and integration strategies. - Build integrations with enterprise applications and cloud services. - Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. - Participate in architecture discussions and long-term technology planning. - Partner with business leaders to design scalable technical solutions. - Review code and ensure development standards and best practices. - Drive continuous improvement across the Microsoft Dynamics environment. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience. - Demonstrated experience leading enterprise Microsoft Dynamics projects. - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics architecture and customization. - Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure, APIs, and integrations. - Experience designing scalable enterprise applications. - Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
