The company’s core business model focuses on delivering these products directly to end consumers across multiple European countries, ensuring a seamless and efficient distribution process. Our application is designed to optimize the planning, scheduling, and management of customer tours for direct-to-consumer sales teams. **Responsibilities** - **Collaborate and Define Requirements:** Work closely with product managers, software engineers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, define test objectives, and provide input on user stories and testing task estimates. - **Streamline Test Documentation and Test Case Management:** Create, organize, and manage test cases in a dedicated test management tool to ensure comprehensive coverage, traceability, and alignment with project objectives. - **Test Planning and Execution:** Develop, document, and execute test plans, including various testing types such as System, Integration, Regression, Exploratory, and API testing. - **Defect Analysis and Resolution:** Conduct root cause analysis on defects, collaborate with development teams for swift resolution and ensure adherence to quality standards. - **Documentation and Reporting:** Create test reports, release notes, and manage UAT activities to support various stages of the QA process. ## Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Manual Test Engineering. - Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Good knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Hands-on experience with Test Management tools and Jira. - Proven background in manual testing of web-based applications, covering both front-end and back-end functionalities. - Strong hands-on expertise in load and performance testing, preferably using Apache JMeter - Solid understanding of API testing, including RESTful and SOAP services, using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes. - Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.
