Overview Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Senior Manager, Web will lead Neo4j’s web strategy and execution across a global digital ecosystem. This critical role blends strategic vision with analytical precision and strong stakeholder management to ensure Neo4j’s web presence delivers a cohesive, high-performing experience that advances brand, engagement, and conversion goals. You will define and drive the web strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to evolve our website into a dynamic growth engine. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with expertise spanning digital strategy, analytics, UX optimization, and project execution. Key Responsibilities Web Strategy & Stakeholder Management Develop and own the overarching web strategy that aligns with Neo4j’s marketing and business goals — encompassing web architecture, navigation, content structure, and UX best practices. Ensure consistency and continuity in design, layout, and messaging across all pages and regions. Conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging digital trends, innovative approaches, and opportunities to enhance our online presence. Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Operations, and Regional Marketing to align web priorities with business objectives. Present strategy and results to stakeholders and leadership, using data to articulate rationale, performance, and recommendations. Serve as the key liaison between digital, marketing, and product teams, balancing business needs, brand integrity, and user experience. Project Management & Execution Lead end-to-end management of web-related projects and initiatives — from intake and planning to execution and launch. Oversee project pipelines, ensuring all stakeholders provide necessary inputs, assets, and approvals. Manage timelines, scope, and deliverables, maintaining transparency through effective communication and project documentation. Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams, tracking progress and proactively resolving blockers. Champion operational excellence within the digital team by optimizing workflows and standardizing processes. Web Analytics & Performance Optimization Leverage web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio) to monitor site performance, engagement, and conversion across key pages and funnels. Analyze user journeys, engagement patterns, and conversion metrics to inform decision-making and continuously optimize the site. Partner with analytics and content teams to establish KPIs for traffic, engagement, and conversion, and report on progress through regular dashboards and presentations.
