Senior Manager, Strategic Communications

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications to join our client, Canada's first fully digital hospital, known as the leader in digital health. This role is designed for a dynamic, high-grit communications strategist and elite storyteller who will serve as the "beating heart" of our fundraising narrative team. This role is a communications and sales enablement powerhouse. You will be responsible for translating complex healthcare priorities, patient care initiatives, research advancements and funding opportunities into compelling, emotionally resonant donor-centered narratives that inspire philanthropy and support fundraising success. Working closely with the Director, Marketing & Communications, the Senior Manager plays a key role in advancing the communications, fundraising, and engagement objectives. The successful candidate is an exceptional writer and storyteller who can independently research and synthesize information, develop persuasive donor-facing materials, and create impactful communications that resonate with a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, manages multiple priorities, and confidently moves projects from concept to completion.
