The Senior Manager – Switchgear Safety and Environmental is responsible for leading the execution of safety and environmental programs across S&C’s Switchgear Value Stream operations. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and corporate requirements while fostering a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainability. The Senior Manager builds and sustains a high-performing Safety and Environmental team, driving continuous improvement through strategic leadership, collaboration, and innovation. Success in this role requires the ability to lead change, engage team members at all levels, and deliver measurable improvements in safety performance, environmental impact, and operational excellence. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $154968 - $205332.6. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training.
