As a **Senior Manager, Project Leadership**, you will work with a cross functional team to set strategy, evaluate ideas, prioritize features, define releases, manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budget while coordinating with cross functional ADC and Abbott team members worldwide. You will be responsible for reporting project status and progress to ADC senior Management. **This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.** **What You’ll Do** - Lead the most complex or critical projects. - Manage execution of projects in accordance with organization's new product introduction management methodology. - Develop project plans, budgets and implementation strategies. - Directly and indirectly manage the work of project managers. - Monitor and report on progress and performance against the project plan. - Identify and resolve risks and issues to minimize delays. - Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project. - Select and manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. - Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget and according to project specifications. - Decompose ambiguity into a structured launch plan, clarifying tradeoffs and driving alignment across senior stakeholders. - Confirm the ongoing strategic rationale and value proposition for projects. - Ensure Division-wide thinking and problem-solving are incorporated into project execution. - Liaise with other project leaders, functional managers, and management to prioritize activities across programs to balance…
