The Senior Manager, Oracle Cloud Fusion Technical Services leads the technical delivery team responsible for building, integrating, and sustaining the organization’s Oracle Cloud Fusion platform. Operating across HCM, Payroll, ERP, EPM, and PPM modules, this leader directs a team of 4-6 engineers who design and deliver Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, Visual Builder Studio (VBS) applications, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL loaders, advanced OTBI/BIP reporting, and related technical solutions. **Summary:** The Senior Manager, Oracle Cloud Fusion Technical Services leads the technical delivery team responsible for building, integrating, and sustaining the organization’s Oracle Cloud Fusion platform. Operating across HCM, Payroll, ERP, EPM, and PPM modules, this leader directs a team of 4-6 engineers who design and deliver Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, Visual Builder Studio (VBS) applications, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL loaders, advanced OTBI/BIP reporting, and related technical solutions. This is a technical leadership role; not functional or business analyst in nature. The Senior Manager brings deep hands-on Oracle Cloud technical fluency and combines it with modern software engineering discipline: CI/CD pipelines, Git-based branching and version control, automated testing, and Agile delivery practices. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year. ### Responsibilities - Leads end-to-end technical delivery across Oracle Cloud Fusion modules including HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent), ERP (GL, AP, AR, Procurement), EPM, and PPM. - Architects, reviews, and governs solutions for OIC integrations, VBS applications, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL data loaders, REST/SOAP API consumption, OTBI and BIP/BI Publisher reports, and Fast Formulas - Establishes and enforces technical standards, design patterns, and reusable frameworks across the engineering team - Provides technical oversight and escalation support for complex incidents, integration failures, and quarterly Oracle update cycles - Partners with the Oracle Principal Architect function on platform direction, upgrade strategy, and technology decisions - Champions modern software engineering disciplines including CI/CD pipeline automation, Git-based version control (branching strategies, pull requests, code review), and infrastructure-as-code practices where applicable - Drives adoption of automated testing frameworks for integrations and reports, reducing regression risk during patch cycles a…
