Senior Manager, Internal Communications

Summary The Senior Manager, Internal Communications is responsible for leading the development and execution of Allegiant's internal communications programs and strategies, ensuring that more than 9,000 Team Members across 22+ locations remain informed, engaged, connected, and aligned with company priorities. This role oversees communications across frontline, operational, and corporate audiences, fostering a transparent, two-way communication environment where Team Members are informed, heard, and empowered to share feedback and ideas. Working closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Culture & Engagement, and business leaders, this role develops and implements communication strategies that strengthen organizational culture, enhance the Team Member experience, support business priorities, and drive organizational alignment. The Senior Manager oversees internal communication channels, Team Member listening and engagement initiatives, change communications, and communication technology enhancements while serving as a strategic communications partner to leaders across the organization. This role partners closely with Corporate Communications and Investor Relations to ensure alignment and coordination across Team Member, investor, media, and external stakeholder communications. Credit Check: No Valid/Unexpired Passport Book Valid/Unexpired Driver's License No No • 8+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, Team Member communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications. • 3+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise initiatives. • Demonstrated success developing and implementing enterprise-wide communication strategies. • Experience communicating with geographically dispersed, frontline, and deskless workforces. • Experience leveraging communication analytics, audience segmentation, and engagement measurement to improve outcomes. • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong understanding of Team Member engagement, culture, organizational communications, and change management. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, intranet platforms, survey technologies, and internal communication tools and platforms. Preferred Requirements • Experience in aviation, hospitality, transportation, or other complex industries. • Experience partnering with Human Resources and Culture & Engagement teams. • Experience implementing Team Member communication platforms, digital workplace initiatives, and listening programs.
