We're looking for an experienced supply chain leader to build resilient supplier ecosystems, drive commercial excellence, and help bring Aeva's next-generation products to market. Role Overview Aeva is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Supply Management to lead the strategic sourcing and commercial management of all hardware commodities supporting our LiDAR platforms. This leader will own the end-to-end supply strategy across multiple technologies including: Electronics (PCBAs, EE components), Mechanical components, Electromechanical assemblies, Silicon Photonics, Lasers and Optical Components, Semiconductors and ICs. Precision Manufacturing, and Contract Manufacturing Partners. The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding with exceptional commercial judgment and supplier relationship management. They will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Program Management to ensure Aeva launches industry-leading products with the right technology, cost structure, capacity, quality, and supply resilience. This role is instrumental in building Aeva's global supply chain foundation as the company scales into automotive, industrial, and high-volume production environments.
