As a Senior Manager, Forecasting and Strategy, you will be responsible for leading and managing the US forecasting team to support the business objectives of senior leadership and other business partners through ensuring accuracy of the forecasting models and developing data analysis to lead to actionable insights. In addition, the Senior Manager will support the North America strategy to solve complex business questions and shape commercial strategy by integrating various data sources and providing fact-based insights about customers, competitors, and the market. She/he will work across functions and advise teams and senior leaders in marketing, sales, market access, global, and finance on a diverse set of topics, such as market landscape, competitive intelligence, strategic forecasting, and product launch planning. As the team leader, she/he will help the team set priorities, build lasting capabilities, define and deliver actionable insights to the business partners. The successful individual will be an experienced leader with a strong track record of communicating strategic insights, developing forecasts, driving analytics, and building alignment across seniorities and functions.
