Brands will serve as a key finance partner for the e.l.f. Brands (e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN and e.l.f. Hair), providing financial leadership, insights, and decision support to help drive sustainable, profitable growth. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, e.l.f. Brands, this role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Corporate FP&A and other cross-functional teams to translate business strategies and commercial opportunities into financial outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical capabilities with a commercial mindset and an ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This individual will play an important role in understanding the drivers of brand performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and helping business leaders make informed decisions.
