This position is responsible for designing, managing and evaluating the execution of Equity Office work, ensuring programs, initiatives, and deliverables are implemented effectively, consistently, and with high quality. The Senior Manager works closely with the Director to carry forward priorities and direction and plays a central role in translating Equity Office goals into coordinated action across a global context. This role requires a strong background in designing and implementing diversity, equity and inclusion programming, a global mindset, operational excellence and discipline, and the ability to manage work across regions while maintaining clarity, accountability, and follow through. The Senior Manager supports the Director in implementing organizational strategy. The position focuses on strong expertise in DEIB and internal execution of USP’s Equity Equals Excellence, supporting sustainable and effective implementation through Equity Office programs and practices. **How will YOU create impact here at USP?** As part of our mission to advance scientific rigor and public health standards, you will play a vital role in increasing global access to high-quality medicines through public standards and related programs.
