People join us to make one. ## Job Description As a Senior Manager, you will lead large, complex transformation programs end-to-end while shaping delivery teams and contributing to the growth of the practice. You'll own senior client relationships, guide multiple engagements or workstreams simultaneously, and serve as a mentor and leader across the consulting team. **Client Delivery & Project Leadership** - Engagement delivery — Lead technology and digital transformation engagements from scoping through implementation, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. - Roadmap development — Translate client business objectives into actionable roadmaps spanning systems modernization, cloud migration, data and platform strategy, enterprise applications, and process automation. - Project economics — Manage scope, staffing, budget, risk, and timeline across concurrent workstreams. - Client relationships — Serve as a primary point of contact, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and resolve escalations with confidence. - Problem solving — Structure ambiguous problems and guide teams toward pragmatic, measurable solutions. **People Management & Team Building** - Coaching — Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and analysts; set clear direction and provide ongoing, constructive feedback. - Team building — Build and sustain high-performing delivery teams, balancing utilization with growth and engagement. - Talent development — Contribute to recruiting, performance reviews, and career development for junior staff. - Culture — Foster a collaborative, accountable culture aligned with Liberty Advisor Group's values. **Practice & Growth Contribution** - Identify opportunities to expand engagements and support business development through proposals, scoping, and relationship building. - Contribute to internal initiatives, delivery methodologies, and the firm's intellectual capital. ## Qualifications **Qualifications** - Experience — 9–13+ years of relevant experience with progressive leadership responsibility. - Track record — Proven success leading large, complex transformation programs from strategy through execution. - Leadership — Experience managing teams, mentoring staff, and contributing meaningfully to business development. - Education — Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus. - Domain — Deep expertise in one or more: digital transformation, technology strategy, cloud/infrastructure, data & analytics, enterprise applications (ERP/CRM), agile delivery, or process optimization. - Skills — Outstanding communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity at scale. - Location — Able to work in a hybrid model based in Chicago, with travel as client needs require.
