ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A. As the Senior Manager Corporate FP&A, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis for our company. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive financial performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the corporate financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, planning models and systems, Monthly/Quarterly Business Review cycle, and long-term planning Champion the Corporate FP&A process and systems roadmap including the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide FP&A processes, cadences, and systems to increase FP&A efficiency and effectiveness Support business development and capital markets (e.g, warehouse financings, M&A, capital raises) Coordinate with Business Unit finance to: Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and analysis Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement and cost savings Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and investments Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior leadership as needed Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Prepare materials for the board and investors Oversee staff of one (and more as we grow) ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred 3+ years of experience in FP&A, with 7+ years of total experience including investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development History of navigating and solving complex and unstructured challenges Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Excellent attention to detail, with ability to delve deep into the numbers without losing sight of the bigger picture Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proven track record of driving financial performance and identifying areas for improvement Experience with financial services and financial technology industries is a plus Experience with FP&A and BI tools such as looker, Anaplan, Tableau is a plus This role has a base salary range of $150,000 - $220,000. Compensation is determined based on experience, skill level, and qualifications, which are assessed during the interview process.
