What You’ll Do The Senior Manager, Commercial Sourcing and Contracts will report directly to the Head of International Supply Chain. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of sourcing strategies, managing the end-to-end contracting lifecycle for commercial goods and services. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, CMC and Quality) to manage supplier relationships and ensure contractual compliance across Contract Manufacturing Organizations. Responsibilities: Sourcing Strategy & Execution Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for Contract Manufacturing Organizations Support RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations to secure optimal cost, quality, and service outcomes Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support the identification of sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply risk Drive supplier consolidation, dual-sourcing, or diversification strategies where appropriate Contract Management Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, master service agreements (MSAs), and supply agreements in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders Maintain a contract repository/tracker ensuring visibility of key terms, renewal dates, and obligations Manage contract amendments, renewals, and terminations in line with business needs and risk exposure Supplier Relationship Management Serve as primary Commercial Supply Chain point of contact for Contract Manufacturing Organizations, mana…
