We're seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering to lead our analytics engineering team, reporting directly to our Senior Director of Data & Analytics. You'll set the technical direction and roadmap for analytics engineering, grow and develop your team, and partner closely with Business Intelligence, Data Governance, and Data Platform Engineering leadership to make sure our data foundation scales with the business. You'll stay close enough to the work to be a credible technical voice (reviewing designs, unblocking hard modeling problems) while representing analytics engineering in broader DNA and cross-functional planning and decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical and data modeling background, a deep understanding of the modern data stack, and a passion for mentoring and growing teams. Your Success Profile What You Will Work On Data Modeling & Technical Direction Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data models and ELT pipelines, a star schema architecture, and reporting solutions that power business intelligence, reduce time to insights, and elevate our company-wide data literacy. Define the analytics engineering data strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities and driving execution on projects leveraging data modeling, data warehouse architecture, and other analytics engineering best practices. Uphold and evolve best practices for data model development, testing, and documentation within your team to deliver iteratively and efficiently.
