No day is the same -- your expertise may be called on to fix an urgent issue or you may implement new ideas and modify equipment to improve efficiency. Working as a team with other technicians, machine operators, supervisors, and department managers, the Sr. Maintenance Technician will collaborate to resolve mechanical issues. Through preventative and predictive maintenance processes, the Sr. Maintenance Technician will develop and implement standard methodologies aligned with Niagara’s maintenance strategies and champion continuous improvement efforts as well as assist with training in their designated focus area. **What you would be doing as a Senior Maintenance Technician:** - Demonstrate root-cause problem solving to identify and perform equipment repairs and improvements - Work directly with management to develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades, and the resolution of reoccurring problems - Coach and mentor operators, technicians and other peers on maintenance and technical procedures related to high speed bottle manufacturing equipment - Plan, lead and execute preventative maintenance efforts to minimize equipment downtime - Participate in special projects on equipment upgrades or installations - Collaborate with your peers and team members to transfer specialist techn…
