Senior Locum Occupational Therapist – Community OT

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its client's Community OT Team, supporting Pathway 1 Reablement services in Wolverhampton. This is a short‑term opportunity focused on community‑based OT work to promote independence and reduce ongoing care needs. What will your responsibilities be? Deliver community‑based occupational therapy interventions within the reablement pathway Complete functional assessments to support safe discharge and prevent hospital admissions Promote independence through reablement‑focused practice Review progress and recommend appropriate equipment, adaptations, and onward support Work collaboratively with reablement staff, social care, and partner agencies Ensure timely, person‑centred interventions aligned with Pathway 1 objectives Benefits: £31.97 per hour Part‑time flexibility (3 days per week) Valuable experience within a fast‑paced reablement service Supportive local authority environment Qualifications & Experience: Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration Significant experience in community OT and reablement Ability to work autonomously at a senior level Strong assessment, review, and care‑planning skills Why Liquid Personnel?
