Senior Living Housekeeper

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and making a positive impact each day. **Position Details** - **Schedule:** Tuesday – Saturday - **Hours:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - **Status:** Full-Time - **Pay:** $17-19/hour (based on experience) **Key Responsibilities** - Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, and shared spaces - Perform daily housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing - Ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and safety - Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate team - Follow established cleaning procedures and infection control guidelines - Restock cleaning supplies and maintain organized work areas - Provide friendly and respectful service to residents and team members **Qualifications** - Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred - Experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift **Why Work at Bridgewater?** Bridgewater is part of Legacy Retirement Communities, known for a strong culture of teamwork, respect, and quality care.
