Through Alternaleaf and Montu Pharmacy, we support patients throughout their entire treatment journey. We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Legal Counsel to help enable the next stage of our growth. This is a broad, hands-on role for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys getting close to the business, solving problems and helping ambitious ideas move forward safely. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you’ll work across our clinic, pharmacy, technology and wider commercial operations. You’ll negotiate important agreements, advise on new initiatives and help colleagues navigate a complex and evolving regulatory environment. What do you need? - Qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales, or as a CILEX lawyer, with approximately 4 - 8 years’ PQE - Strong commercial contracts experience gained in private practice, in-house or through a combination of both. - Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, supported by a sound understanding of core contract law principles. - Experience handling a varied commercial workload in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality work at pace. - The confidence to advise and positively challenge stakeholders at different levels of seniority while building strong, trusted relationships. - A pragmatic and commercially aware approach to risk—you’ll be comfortable explaining what ma…
